This lovely home, located in Moreland Village, Palmetto Bluff's newest area, is absolutely gorgeous and just a short walk to Moreland Landing and the fabulous Treehouse, which provides amazing views of the May River. With two upstairs bedrooms, a bunk area with two twin beds (perfect for kids!) and a comfy pull out couch on the first floor, this home will sleep up to 8.
Palmetto Bluff's newest area, Moreland Village, offers a serene location with beautiful views of the natural surroundings. Wake up and soak in the Lowcountry ambiance and enjoy a coffee or breakfast sandwich just down the street at the Canteen. Take a leisurely stroll along the May River and end up at Moreland Landing where you can climb up into the renowned adult tree house for spectacular views of the pristine May River.
Our guests have access to amenities including the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no fee for children 5 and under). This fee is charged on a daily basis when guests arrive at the pool and pay the pool attendant the $25/person for pool/fitness center access for that particular day. You will also have access to Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club for tennis and pickle ball (court rental $35/hour), dining reservations at Cole's and Canoe Club, access to Moreland bowling is available to guests who have a Cole's dining reservation, on the same evening as the reservation, and on a walk-in basis. When you arrive at the front gate you will be given a welcome packet which will include amenity cards and for access to the above amenities, your amenity cards must be presented, and each guest's name provided. The Pool/Fitness Center fee, tennis and pickleball court rental fee and cost of dining payments must be made via guests' credit card. Guests do not have access to shooting club, kids' club, stables, or Montage Spa. If of interest, your property manager can recommend a personal masseuse, private chef and private yoga instructor.
All guests have access to Outside Palmetto Bluff at the Wilson Landing Marina for boating excursions, kayak, paddle board and bicycle rental, nightly s'mores in the Wilson Village Square, dining on a walk-in basis at River House, Octagon, Buffalo's, Hush Speak-Easy, Buzz Coffee Shop, Canteen in Moreland Village, Flame Food Truck and Melt Ice Cream Shop. Your personal concierge can assist with reservations for dining at Cole's and Canoe Club and tennis/pickleball court reservations and clinics. Dining reservations at River House and Octagon may be made via OpenTable.com.
